Returns

Items may be returned within 2 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. After 48 hours of the product being delivered we do not take responsibility for the items ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain oral care products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
